Returns and Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on www.nenetoys.com by consumers in the European Union. The seller is INTERGLOBAL TRADING SOLUTIONS GROUP S.L. (NIF B01836923), Rambla Celler 133, Planta 4, 08172 Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain. Email: contact@nenetoys.com.

1. Your right to return (right of withdrawal)

You may cancel your purchase and return the products without giving any reason within 30 days of the day you, or a person you nominate, receive the products. This period includes and extends the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for consumers.

You may open the packaging and examine the product as you would in a shop. If the product shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

2. How to return

  1. Tell us before the period ends by emailing contact@nenetoys.com with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
  2. We will send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the products back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us.

3. Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the products, unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered. We recommend using a tracked service.

4. Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to cancel. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery, we will not refund the extra cost. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no cost to you.

5. Exceptions

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (for example, baby teethers) once unsealed after delivery.
  • Personalised or custom-made products.

6. Defective or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged, is defective or is not what you ordered, contact us at contact@nenetoys.com with your order number and photos. We will cover the return cost and offer a repair, replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity applicable in your country (in Spain, three years from delivery).
