Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern purchases made by consumers on www.nenetoys.com (the "Site"). Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by INTERGLOBAL TRADING SOLUTIONS GROUP S.L. (trading as Nene Toys), NIF B01836923, EU VAT ESB01836923, with registered office at Rambla Celler 133, Planta 4, 08172 Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, Volume 47439, Folio 117, Sheet B-551820. 2. Scope

We sell to consumers with a delivery address in the European Union, excluding the territories listed in our Shipping Policy. These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.

3. How to place an order

  1. Add the products you want to your cart.
  2. Go to checkout and enter your contact, delivery and billing details.
  3. Choose your delivery method and payment method.
  4. Review your order. You can correct any data entry errors at any point before you confirm payment.
  5. Click the payment button. This button places an order with an obligation to pay.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when we send you that confirmation. We keep a record of your order, and you can request a copy by email. Orders can be placed in the languages available on the Site.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price. They are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout.

If a product is shown at a clearly wrong price because of an obvious error, we will contact you before shipping. You may then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

5. Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund any amount you paid for it.

6. Delivery

Delivery areas, costs and times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, take physical possession of them.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You may return products within 30 days of receipt, as described in our Returns and Refund Policy. That policy also contains the model withdrawal form.

8. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. For consumers in Spain this lasts three years from delivery. If a product is not in conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, under the applicable law. To make a claim, write to contact@nenetoys.com with your order number and a description of the problem.

9. Product safety

Our toys comply with the EU toy safety requirements. Please read the age recommendations and warnings on the product and its packaging, and keep them for future reference.

10. Liability

We are liable to you for loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms, in accordance with the law. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law, including for defective products, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including texts, images, logos and trademarks, belongs to INTERGLOBAL TRADING SOLUTIONS GROUP S.L. or its licensors. It may not be used without our prior written permission.

12. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints

If you have a complaint, write to contact@nenetoys.com. We will reply as soon as possible, and in any case within one month.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
