Where we ship
We currently ship to the 27 countries of the European Union.
We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, the Azores, Madeira or other overseas or special territories. Orders to these destinations cannot be completed at checkout.
How we ship
Orders are fulfilled from logistics centres within the European Union and delivered by several carriers, depending on the destination and the size of the parcel. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or for reasons beyond our control.
Shipping costs
- Standard delivery for orders up to 1 kg: €9.99. Heavier orders have higher rates, shown at checkout.
- Bulky products (over 1 kg, such as play kitchens, dollhouses or large sets) have their own delivery rate, shown at checkout.
- Shipping costs are calculated on the total weight of the order and are shown at checkout before payment.
All prices and shipping costs include VAT.
Problems with your delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us at contact@nenetoys.com with your order number and we will resolve it.
