BallFall Game

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, 1996, approving the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law and the Berne Convention of 1886, the following is a description of the necessary technical guidelines for an educational game to be played offline, and which is based on the skill of the players in the placement of pieces on a support, maintaining the necessary balance and making the resulting constructions improve the attention and cognitive abilities of the players, using playfulness as a vehicle of realization.

The Ballfall game is presented as a set of elements where, on the basis of a support in the form of a tower, participants are asked to create a network of stakes that cross the column from one side to the other and into which they drop balls or marbles and interact with other elements.

This generates a changing and random playing field, where players interact with cards, a die, a ring, where they must draw the corresponding estick or the one determined by the player, avoiding the ball to fall to the base.

With these primary predicaments, a multitude of game modalities are generated, which encourage player participation.

With these primary characteristics, they are combined with different complements such as a wooden ring, which makes that there are different game modalities, which encourages the practice and makes that its development has multiple game options. The various forms of BallFall are described in detail in the dossier attached to this notarial deposit.

It is expressly contemplated that the set can be presented in versions where the tower is assembled or disassembled in an easy assembly kit, allowing different packaging options.

In the disassembled parts option, a complementary constructive exercise is proposed to the users.

Both possible alternatives do not detract from the creative essence of the deposited game.

Not affecting the intellectual content of the copyright:

  • Neither the geometry of the base and crown
  • Nor the number of columns that make up the support.
  • Neither the size.
  • Neither the geometry of the holes that are located in the joint panels

These elements are interchangeable in the realization of the project.

It is also foreseen that other components of the game, such as sticks and wooden balls, can be substituted by other factors, such as animals or geometric shapes, so that educational variants can be incorporated in biology, chemistry, astronomy or in fact as many subjects as you wish to relate.
