Nene Toys Return Policy
At Nene Toys, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you find yourself not entirely pleased with your product, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item's price, excluding any shipping, handling, or other additional charges.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the original condition it was received: unopened, in its original packaging, and with all the accompanying accessories and/or products included. The item must remain unused and suitable for resale.
Return Process
For return initiation, reach out to our customer service via email at contact@nenetoys.com. Our support team will guide you through the return steps and provide the necessary information.
For orders shipped within the EU, Nene Toys offers a return shipping label for convenience. However, for orders shipped internationally, outside of the EU, customers are required to cover all return shipping expenses.
After we receive your return, we will conduct an inspection and process your refund within 5-7 business days. It's important to note that the refund might take an additional 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
Exceptions
Certain products are excluded from returns, including:
- Custom or special order items
- Items that have been used, modified, or damaged
- Digital products or services
Should there be any issues with receiving a defective item, please contact us promptly for resolution.
Shipping
For returns of items shipped within the EU, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped. For international returns, the responsibility for all shipping costs falls on the customer.
